Who we are

Turma AI (“Turma”) is business software that helps teams manage prospects, missions, campaigns, conversations, opportunities, approvals, and AI-prepared draft work inside a workspace.

Information we process

Depending on how you use Turma, we may process:

  • Account information such as email address, name, and authentication data.
  • Workspace and business information you enter (company name, settings, timezone).
  • Prospect and contact information you upload or create (names, titles, companies, notes, and related CRM fields).
  • Conversation and message records you log or create in Turma.
  • AI-generated drafts prepared for human review (for example, proposed replies).
  • Activity and approval metadata needed to operate the product.

How we use information

We use this information to:

  • Authenticate users and operate workspace tenancy.
  • Provide the Turma product features you request.
  • Generate AI draft content for human approval using third-party model providers when you ask Turma to prepare work.
  • Maintain security, integrity, and reliability of the service.

Turma does not currently send emails or LinkedIn messages on your behalf as an automated outreach product. Approving an AI draft does not by itself send a message.

Third-party infrastructure

Turma relies on third-party infrastructure providers to host authentication, database services, application hosting, and (when configured) AI model generation. Those providers process data as needed to deliver their services under their own terms and controls.

Authentication and security

Access to protected product areas requires authentication. We use industry-standard session cookies for signed-in use. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for the accuracy of data you upload.

We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate for an early-stage product, including server-side authorization checks and database access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

Cookies

Turma currently uses technically necessary cookies for authentication and session continuity. See our Cookies page for details. We do not currently use advertising cookies.

Retention and deletion

Workspace owners may delete their workspace through Settings when that control is available. Deleting a workspace removes associated workspace business data from the product database through cascading deletion. Full account (auth user) removal may require additional support/admin processing.

Development and production environments should remain separate. Do not assume development records are customer production data.

Your responsibilities

You remain responsible for the lawfulness of prospect and contact data you enter, and for any external communications or actions you take outside Turma using information from the product.

Contact

Contact the Turma team through the support channel provided with your account for privacy questions or deletion requests that require admin handling.
