Legal

Terms of Service

These terms are a product-ready draft for Turma AI. They are not a claim that legal counsel has reviewed them.

Last updated: September 2026

The service

Turma AI is business software for coordinating revenue work: prospects, missions, campaigns, conversations, opportunities, approvals, and AI-prepared drafts for human review.

AI-generated content

AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. Drafts prepared by AI employees are proposals for human review. You must review material before relying on it or communicating it externally.

Approving prepared work means you accepted the draft inside Turma. It does not mean Turma sent a message or executed external outreach unless a separate, explicitly enabled execution capability exists and is used.

Your responsibilities

  • You remain responsible for external communications and actions you take.
  • You must use Turma only for lawful purposes.
  • You are responsible for protecting account credentials and workspace access.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful basis of prospect and contact data you enter.

No results guarantee

Turma does not guarantee sales outcomes, pipeline growth, meetings booked, or revenue results.

Accounts and workspaces

Early Turma workspaces are typically single-owner. Workspace deletion removes workspace business data. Full auth-account deletion may require support/admin processing. See Privacy for related principles.

Intellectual property

Turma and its branding, software, and documentation remain owned by their respective owners. You retain rights in content you lawfully provide to the service, subject to the license needed for Turma to operate the product for you.

Availability and changes

The service may change, experience downtime, or be limited during development and early access. Features shown as preview or coming soon are not contractual commitments.

Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Turma and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim, or zero if you paid nothing.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security risk, or unlawful use. Workspace owners may delete their workspace subject to product controls. Surviving provisions (including limitations) continue after termination.
